- Salient Medical only ships orders within Canada
- All orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 24 hours, with exceptions
- We generally ship via FedEx Ground, which takes 1-7 business days, Monday thru Friday
- Items out-of-stock and on backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer and billed to the client.

- All orders are eligible for pickup at the Salient offices. This may be arranged through Salient’s shipping department or a sales representative.
- PCA orders greater than $500 before tax qualify for FREE FedEx Ground shipping
- PCA orders greater than $2,500 before tax qualify for FREE FedEx Express shipping
- Some exceptions apply in situations with simultaneous shipment of other products and based on geographic location of ship-to address.
- Credit cards acceptable for initial payments, interim/final payments and deposits
- Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard
- Checks are accepted for follow-up payments, but not for initial payments or deposits
- Wire transfers and e-transfers are accepted
- All Sales of equipment are final.
- All Sales of consumable products are final, except as noted below.
- Defective or otherwise nonconforming product is subject to return pursuant to RMA authorization.
- Returns of unused, unopened and unmarked products may be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date from Salient Medical, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- A return material authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Salient Customer Service or a Sales Representative for any and all returns.
- Salient Medical does not issue cash refunds. The product may be exchanged or returned for a credit towards future purchases.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping returned product to Salient, which must be received prior to Salient processing any credits or exchanges.
